Data Deletion Request

Important: This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from FlixNest (StreamApp). Please read all information carefully before proceeding.

What Data Can Be Deleted

FlixNest stores the following types of data that can be deleted upon request:

Data Deletion Methods

You have two convenient ways to delete your data:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your data is directly through the FlixNest app:

  1. Open the FlixNest app on your device
  2. Go to SettingsAccount
  3. Tap on "Delete My Data"
  4. Confirm your choice when prompted
  5. Your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours
Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request data deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to privacy@kinetik.hu
  2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your Google account email used with FlixNest
  4. We will process your request within 30 days
Warning: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose:

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data deletion request is processed:

Third-Party Add-ons: FlixNest connects to community-operated add-ons that we don't control. These services have their own data policies. Deleting data from FlixNest doesn't affect data stored by third-party add-ons.
